Chef de Partie Living Room & La Plage – Serve in the day shift at a prestigious 5* hotel with five dining venues. The role involves culinary innovation and high‑quality service in a dynamic kitchen team.
Responsibilities
* Preparation of high‑quality dishes, ensuring adherence to W standards.
* Management of the station, supervising commis and junior chefs, and distributing tasks efficiently to guarantee smooth, rapid service.
* Maintenance of quality and hygiene, ensuring compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations.
* Contribution to culinary innovation, proactively suggesting improvements to kitchen processes.
* Communication with front‑of‑house and other departments to deliver a flawless customer experience.
Qualifications
* At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a 5* hotel, Michelin‑starred restaurant, or comparable high‑level gastronomic setting.
* Passion for gastronomy and a strong drive to refine skills and bring a personal touch to menu creation.
* Excellent organizational skills, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
* Team spirit and leadership – able to motivate colleagues and effectively lead a brigade during a shift.
* Position available from June/July 2026.
