You will ensure the smooth running of daily operations while guaranteeing a fluid, elegant, and personalized customer experience. You will be in charge of the management and support of the teams with the objective of uniting your staff around a demanding and benevolent service culture. You will actively participate in the recruitment, training, and development of teams in order to maintain a high level of performance. In close collaboration with management as well as with the head chefs, you will contribute to the definition of the F&B offer, revenue optimization, and cost management. You will also ensure compliance with budgets, internal procedures, as well as hygiene and safety standards.
