The Webmaster/Website Administrator is responsible for the development/management and maintenance of the website and digital presence of the WPA.
Webmaster/Website Administrator assistant
1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the Association's website using CMS ( Wordpress) ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and refelects organization's mission.
2. Work with the Director, the Executive Committee (Education, Memberships, Events, IT...) to regularly publish and update content such as guidelines, members, resources, webinar, publications, policy statements.
3. Maintain the website's integration with the Association Management System, event registration platforms, member logins, portals, and payment systems.
4. Ensure compliance with accessibility standards
5. Monitor and improve website performance, usability
6. Manage web analytics
7. Maintain website security and compliance with privacy, accessibility, and data protection regulations.
8. Optimize content for search engines and assist in digital campaign tracking.
9. Conduct regular audits to add/remove outdated content and improvve information architecture.
10. Support projects such as microsites, launches, redesigns, or technology migration if required.
* Experience working with Infomaniak
* Familiarity with email marketing platforms
* Understanding of ADA website accessibility
* Knowledge of web security and GDPR compliance issues
