Your role
Help us save our planet by managing sales, marketing, and distribution objectives within a specific geographic territory.
Main tasks
Organization and Planning
* Develop annual calendar plans considering dealer and consumer events, trade shows, and deadlines.
* Manage time efficiently (approx. 75% in Aigle, 25% in Zurich showroom) during preseason sales.
* Coordinate with accounts to support business goals and promotional activities.
* Follow up on scheduled support activities.
* Collaborate with the Country Manager, Dealer Service, and Marketing teams to utilize resources effectively.
Selling
* Present product lines to regular dealers.
* Prepare and advise on order proposals for long-term success.
* Collect and enter pre-season orders within credit guidelines.
* Achieve preseason deadlines and sales goals.
* Support reorders and sales pushes for discontinued or special products.
* Develop new dealer relationships to meet distribution and marketing goals.
Service
* Develop training plans for dealer clinics, including key accounts and retail stores.
* Work with Visual Merchandising and Sales teams on in-store merchandising.
* Support dealer events and environmental programs.
What we’re looking for
* An inclusive mindset.
* At least 2 years’ experience in sales, dealer support, or buying, preferably in outdoor or sports industries.
* Fluency in English, French, and German.
* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Self-motivated, flexible, and energetic.
* Ability to work independently and travel extensively within Switzerland and abroad.
* Proficiency in computer systems; outdoor apparel industry experience is a plus.
* Availability during key sales periods, including weekends.
* Valid driver’s license and driving experience.
* A love for the outdoors and a commitment to environmental sustainability.

* This is a full-time position based in Aigle, Switzerland.
* Willingness to travel extensively within the territory and work weekends during key sales periods.
