Overview / Role Summary
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Technology Summer Internship Program. You’ll gain hands-on experience with UBS in-house AI tools to access data and create applications using GenAI, collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve digital products, and apply AI tools to support awareness sessions across the team.

Your team
You’ll be working with one of our teams in Zurich as part of the Group Chief Compliance and Operational Risk Control organization. We work in global teams and focus on agile ways of working. We bring enthusiasm and collaboration as our keyword and are dedicated to supporting each other in reaching our quality goals.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
* is currently enrolled in studies, preferably in a MINT topic, and will graduate in late 2026 or 2027
* has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
* is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
* is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
* has good programming skills in Java/Spring AI/Python
* has a basic understanding of GenAI or NLP applications (e.g. LLM fine-tuning, RAG, LangChain, or similar)
* has a basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and libraries (e.g. scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
* has strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
