Job Description
* 2nd Level Customer Support: Proactive and high-quality assistance for our customers with all products via phone and on-site
* 2nd Level Ticket Management using various tools (phone, email, video conference, etc.)
* Installations and repairs of products at the customer's location
* Customer consultations
* Direct and active collaboration and support for other teams within the department
* Various administrative tasks (mail, parcel shipping, inbox processing, etc.)
* Special mandates related to the company's general activities
* Saturday on-call duty
Qualifications
* Completed technical training or equivalent qualification
* Excellent communication skills
* Independent working style and strong customer orientation
* Good IT knowledge
* Languages: German: very good / English: good / Any other language is an advantage
