This position is based in Kirchberg bei Bern and involves coordinating between sales, procurement, and production to develop effective production plans.
Responsibilities / Tasks
* Develop production schedules in SAP considering customer requirements, material availability, quality assurance, and capacity constraints.
* Create manufacturing orders and pick lists.
* Support planning of extended manufacturing partnerships with external vendors.
* Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely production to meet deadlines, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
Qualifications
* Completed technical or commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
* At least 2 years of experience in PPS or production planning.
* Technical understanding with a solution-oriented and structured work approach.
* Proficiency in MS Office, preferably SAP.
* Strong customer focus, communication skills, teamwork, and initiative.
* Independent and organized working style.
* Good German language skills; English skills are a plus.
