Audi Revolut F1 Team is the official factory team of Audi, as the brand enters the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the first time in 2026.
The team is based in three locations: the power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state-of-the-art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; while the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a foothold in the heart of 'Motorsport Valley', with direct access to top F1 talent and key strategic partners.

This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland).
Your mission
Learning the fundamentals of a Formula 1 race team mechanic within the sub-assembly field is the core focus of this traineeship.
Active contribution to the meticulous assembly, teardown, and ongoing maintenance of advanced F1 chassis components is required on a daily basis.
High-precision measurements and regular service life interval checks must be conducted using specialized metrology instruments.
Progressive responsibility for the build and maintenance of complex rear axle assemblies will be assumed over time.
Provision of critical trackside support during racing events constitutes a major milestone following the training period.
Management of several mechanical car assemblies from initial preparation to regular services falls within the department's duties.
