Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations: Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany), considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe; the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing; and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, which will be operational this year. Our Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil focuses on chassis development and race operations.

This position for the Audi F1 Project is based at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).
Your mission
1. Providing kits for Cleanroom and Assembly
2. Loading, operating, and unloading autoclaves
3. Demolding cured components and releasing tools
4. Managing laminating tools and bonding jigs
5. Providing consumables and safety equipment for composite production
6. Distributing replacement tools and preparing tools for new employees
7. Carrying out machine maintenance
8. SAP bookings
Your profile
1. Apprenticeship in crafts
2. Ideally, knowledge in composite production
3. Ability to read and understand drawings
4. Good written and spoken German and English skills
5. IT experience with MS Office products
6. Can-do attitude and positive mindset
7. Precise and reliable working methods
8. Independent and proactive working style
9. Basic knowledge of SAP is a plus
10. Willingness to work where needed
11. Willingness to work overtime if necessary
12. Willingness to work in a shift rotation (2 weeks early / 2 weeks late), with working hours from 05:30-15:00 and 16:30-01:30
