Job Responsibilities:
Support the Purchasing & Cost Controlling Manager in all duties.
Manage the department in the absence of the Purchasing & Cost Controlling Manager.
Co-responsible for the entire purchasing department (excluding fresh products).
Carry out operational purchasing in consultation with the Purchasing & Cost Controlling Manager.
Handle larger purchasing projects.
Supervise and periodically evaluate suppliers through analyses.
Analyze and monitor daily, monthly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements.
Assist in co-supervising F&B cost controlling.
Conduct and analyze spot checks.
Analyze various statistics related to the department.
Control accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Program the KOST merchandise management system and the MATRIX cash register system.
Assist in the organization and implementation of major events.
Manage employees and apprentices.
Work closely with the Culinary Director, F&B Operations, and Groups & Events departments.
