Key Responsibilities
* Drive revenue growth by leading the development and submission of sophisticated sales proposals.
* Promote the sales pipeline through preparation, leadership, and participation in client meetings, including C-level interactions.
* Negotiate contracts efficiently and effectively.
* Support the onboarding process to ensure seamless client service delivery in accordance with contractual obligations.
* Manage and track business development/sales activities within a CRM tool.

About This Role
This role is at the forefront of the company's expansion efforts within the EMEA region. You will collaborate with top management to identify and agree on new sales targets, develop and negotiate complex sales proposals, lead service delivery, and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:
To succeed in this position, you must possess excellent project management skills, strong leadership abilities, and a solid understanding of commercial acumen. Your exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and proactive thinking are essential for identifying opportunities and creating solutions. You should also be fluent in English and German, with French or other languages being an advantage. Additionally, your advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint, are highly valued.
