To assist us, we are looking for a Client Business Analyst (m/f/x) to join the Digital & Systems department within the Client Solutions Service. This position involves close collaboration with business and technical teams to support our missions, which include: identifying, gathering, and structuring functional and technical requirements related to customer challenges, their needs, and managing their preferences; closely collaborating with development teams and solution architects to ensure consistency and feasibility of proposed solutions; drafting functional and non-functional specifications, as well as user stories, in connection with business requirements; advising stakeholders on business and technical matters, considering constraints and regulations; facilitating framing workshops with stakeholders (business experts, development team) and agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement and sprint planning; ensuring fluid communication between business (product owners, process and data referents), project teams, and technical teams (release management, testing, architecture); actively contributing to document governance: decision traceability, reporting, and audit follow-up. Your profile: A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, with a technical background and ideally in the professional field, higher education (EPF, HES, HEC, UNI or other equivalent qualification) in economics or a technical field with a proven versatile experience in business analysis, solution design, project management, and collaboration with teams of experts (product owners, scrum masters, business analysts, developers, testers, etc.) on projects related to customer and documentation. A very good command of tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) along with a solid knowledge of common agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and a good command of French, with a minimum of B2 level in English (oral and written).You stand out for your solution-oriented approach and proactivity.
