Languages: German- must have; English- nice to haveOverviewWe are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Batch Record Reviewer to ensure that all executed batch records are completed accurately, in compliance with internal procedures, GMP guidelines, and regulatory requirements. This role is essential in supporting timely batch release and maintaining the highest quality standards in our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate is independent, analytical, and has a strong understanding of GMP manufacturing processes.Key ResponsibilitiesReview paper-based executed batch records within defined timelines, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with SOPs and GMP standards.Track, report, and monitor review status and critical performance metrics to support on-time batch release.Identify deviations, inconsistencies, and operational observations and raise them with Manufacturing/Ops teams promptly.Collaborate closely with production and quality teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure continuous process improvement.Required Qualifications & SkillsProfessional experience in a GMP production environment with understanding of quality procedures and SOP execution.Minimum 2 years of GMP experience is required.Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in:Pharmaceutical TechnologyBiotechnologyPharmacyOr another relevant scientific fieldExperience in batch record review is highly preferred.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work autonomously.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Business‑fluent German is mandatory; English is preferred.Additional InformationLocation: On-site in Visp (no remote work)Work Context: Fully paper-based batch documentationCandidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and handling detailed manufacturing records on paper.Please note that due to the position's location, we can only consider candidates with European passports or Swiss working permits/citizenship.If you are interested in this position contact me as soon as possible!
