The Role
As a ServiceNow IRM Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering Integrated Risk Management solutions for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements, translate them into architecture and implementation strategies, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. You will act as a trusted technical advisor — bridging the gap between business needs and platform capabilities.
This is a full-time remote position.
What You Will Do
Design end-to-end architecture and implementation strategies for ServiceNow IRM engagements
Integrate ServiceNow solutions with client environments and third‑party platforms
Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and develop tailored solutions
Guide clients through best practices in risk, compliance and resilience processes
Ensure quality delivery across the full project lifecycle
What You Bring
Proven experience in solution architecture — designing strategies that align technology to business needs
Strong consulting skills — you can analyse a client’s requirements, challenge assumptions and propose the right solution
Solid understanding of software development principles, integration patterns and platform frameworks
Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow, ideally in an IRM or GRC context
A good understanding of business processes and the ability to optimise them
A degree in Computer Science or a related field is an advantage
ServiceNow IRM or GRC certifications are a plus
Strong problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset
