As Sales Representative Switzerland, you will actively contribute to the commercial success and visibility of Baume & Mercier across the Swiss market.
Reporting to the Country Manager, you will manage and support a portfolio of wholesale partners, ensuring strong sell-out performance, optimal brand presence, and long-term client relationships.
This is a 6 months fixed-term position, starting on the 1st of December.
Your key responsibilities will include :
* Visiting and managing points of sale throughout Switzerland.
* Maintaining close relationships with retail partners and boutique teams.
* Monitoring sales performance and stock levels.
* Providing brand and product training to retail staff.
* Supporting local marketing activations and events.
* Taking part in the preparation and execution of Watches & Wonders.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
* You have a first experience in sales, marketing, or luxury retail, ideally within the watchmaking or premium goods sector.
* You are a strong communicator, confident and engaging with clients and partners.
* You are self-driven, well-organized, and comfortable working on the road across different regions.
* You are fluent in French, English and German.
* You are willing to travel across Switzerland up to four days per week. Holding a valid driving license would be appreciated.
