Proclinical is seeking a Project Engineer to lead and manage technical projects, from concept development to execution. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, optimizing processes, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet functional requirements. The position requires a proactive individual with strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead the planning and execution of small to mid-sized investment projects impacting production or business outcomes.
2. Conduct process engineering calculations and optimize plant operations.
3. Perform feasibility studies for new plants or modifications to existing ones, including cost estimation, scheduling, and functionality assessments.
4. Plan, execute, and support production adjustments and product launches.
5. Develop and evaluate technical solutions, weighing their advantages and disadvantages.
6. Coordinate and procure internal or external resources to ensure timely and professional project execution.
7. Optimize process flows and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
8. Transfer knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
Key Skills and Requirements:
9. Technical diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, process technology, bioengineering, or chemical engineering (master's degree preferred).
10. Strong application of professional knowledge in day-to-day tasks.
11. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and German.
12. Highly independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach.
13. Innovative thinker with excellent comprehension of complex contexts.
