Currently, for our headquarters located in Bienne, we are looking for our department with about 60 individuals: Responsible for organizing the smooth running of production lines, ensuring resource availability and production performance in order to meet customer needs. Identify and implement projects, equipment, and production processes. Ensure technological monitoring and integrate new technologies to modernize and optimize the production lines. Responsibilities include ensuring individual and collective management of the team (active listening, responsiveness, successes, development). Optimize skills and adapt staff according to client needs. Coordinate and supervise new products: guarantee their efficiency in serial production by optimizing processes to ensure quality and efficiency. Oversee technical planning (safety plan) and the reception of new machines in collaboration with line managers. Participate in the technical evolution of the lines (upstream reflection, equipment selection, project management) in collaboration with the Research and Development department. Ensure technological monitoring in collaboration with the knowledge of know-how, costs, good management, and maintenance of the machine park in conjunction with line managers and resources. Guarantee proper execution and implementation of the Quality & Safety System within the lines. Required skills include a degree in Engineering HES, EPF, Technician ES or any equivalent qualification, confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a similar position, good knowledge in human contact management, and mastery of the Lean approach along with a great capacity for synthesis and proactive suggestions.
