SALES ASSISTANT 60% (M/W/D) ZARA GLATTZENTRUM Every interaction counts, every detail shapes the experience. This role is about recognising who is in front of you, adapting your approach, and creating meaningful connections with every customer.
You’ll guide the customer throughout the entire purchasing process - from the first welcome to the final checkout. You’ll know the product inside out, offering alternatives, innovations and sustainable options. In the sales area and fitting rooms, you’ll provide attentive, assisted service while maintaining high standards on the floor.
Your mission is simple yet powerful: ensure every touchpoint - reception, sales, fitting rooms, click & collect, cash desk, self-checkout – delivers a seamless and positive experience. You’ll also use digital tools, promote integrated sales and share the latest online updates to give customers all possible options.
