Compensation and Benefits for a Journey
Surrogates with Nascency earn between $55,000 - $100,000+ in base compensation, paid in monthly installments once pregnancy is confirmed - plus up to $10,000 in additional benefits, including:
Monthly personal allowance
Housekeeping and childcare support
Medical and legal clearance bonuses
Prenatal massage and wellness support
Maternity clothing allowance

Basic Qualifications
Be between 21–40 years old
Have had at least one successful pregnancy with no major complications
Be a U.S. resident in a surrogacy‑friendly state
Be in good physical and mental health ready for a pregnancy for another family
Have a stable living situation
