Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve company objectives by analyzing market trends, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading the Service Sales Organization in Switzerland.
* Implement Sales Excellence programs to drive sales growth, improve efficiency, and establish an effective sales organization.
* Support hiring processes to select top sales talent and train them to meet the company's standards.
* Develop and motivate a high-performing sales team, monitor performance based on KPIs, and collaborate with Regional Managers and Operating Territory Leaders.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 8 years of experience in progressively responsible roles in sales, preferably in industrial products.
* A proven track record of delivering against sales targets, hitting profitability goals, and demonstrating the ability to grow sales over multiple years.
* Strong analytical and persuasive presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management.
* A hands-on mentality, flexibility, resilience, and the willingness to travel across Switzerland.
* Fluent in English, with knowledge of French or German being an asset.
