in Chiasso. Join our operations team and help coordinate reliable transport solutions while working closely with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate and dispatch transport orders
Negotiate transport services with carriers
Monitor shipments and update customers proactively
Ensure accurate documentation and operational compliance
Your profile:
Experience in dispatching, chartering, or freight forwarding
Strong communication and customer service skills
Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
French and English required; German is a plus
