Job Description:
MISSION
Manage the request, reception, storage, preservation, and distribution of consumable materials and spare parts, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards at work sites and with corporate procedures.
TASKS
Manage material requests for stores or projects, ensuring proper authorization procedures.
Handle receiving of materials and equipment according to orders from the main office or locally.
Inspect all received materials, report discrepancies or damages.
Oversee storage and preservation of materials in designated facilities.
Coordinate the distribution of materials, including uploading and downloading records.
Perform periodic inventories, transit goods checks, and analyze slow-moving items in collaboration with corporate departments.
Prepare and pack materials for shipment, including creating packing lists per corporate procedures.
Maintain communication and report to vessel management and relevant corporate departments.
Monitor delivery deadlines and notify relevant teams of delays to facilitate intervention.
Assist in codification and classification of warehouse materials and machine codes.
Perform safety-critical tasks for offshore personnel as outlined in onboard documents.
What are we looking for?
Technical Knowledge: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Storekeeper in offshore sites.
