We're looking for an analytical study manager to act as the key link between our lab teams and project leaders. With a sharp analytical mindset and strong communication skills, you’ll ensure seamless coordination and high-quality project delivery for our clients. Step up as the key link between lab teams and customer-focused project leaders! Your Role
1. Understand and cover the analytical aspects during the project development cycle for biologics (NBEs, biosimilars, ATMPs)
2. Act as interface between the operational teams and the dedicated project lead
3. Implement project plans with respect to customer expectations and requirements into operations and supervise project execution considering scope, quality, time and cost
4. Supervise cross-functional teams in a matrix setting
5. Preparation and management of project deliverables (protocols, reports, CoAs, etc)
6. Overlook compilation and review of analytical documentation
7. Perform risk analysis and support with quality event generation
8. Support and trigger troubleshooting activities
Your Profile
9. BSc or MSc in Life Sciences (e.g. Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or Pharmacy), with at least 3 years of relevant industry experience in an analytical or development setting
10. Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
11. Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical development process, both theoretical and practical
12. Experience with quality control standards
13. Proficient in English, both written and spoken; German is a plus
14. Familiarity with GMP guidelines and project management experience is a strong advantage
