About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join a dynamic team on a contract-to-hire basis. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact by transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support various business functions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Present data findings through compelling visualizations and storytelling.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation and quality checks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics).
Proven experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Excel).
Familiarity with Python or R.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).

This is a trial-to-hire opportunity. Candidates should be open to transitioning into a permanent role after the initial 3-month contract, contingent on performance.
