The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive personal and professional support to the Founder of one of our love brands. By managing a variety of personal tasks and responsibilities, the Executive Assistant will ensure the founder can dedicate their full attention and energy to growing the business. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised, flexible worker with excellent time management and communication skills.
What you'll get to do
* Providing flexible, travel- ready support to the Founder both personally and professionally.
* Support personal arrangements through effective diary management, and inbox management when required.
* Book and manage complex travel itineraries both personally and professionally.
* Assist with leveraging the Founders hospitality network to explore new product placement opportunities within five-star hotels and spas globally. Initiate and manage communication with industry contacts.
* Contribute to the development and execution of brand and product concepts inspired by the Founders ideas and vision.
* Organise meetings, events, calls, etc, as required.
* Assist in ad hoc projects and in the organisation of larger events, ensuring excellence in the execution and attention to detail.
* Assist with direct filming and staging of the podcast, coordinating with talents and their agents (content and social).
* Support with content creation for both the Founder as an individual and the brand, including lifestyle and day to day content.
* Manage expenses, including collating receipts, coding and submission.
* Coordinate with the rest of the Global EA/PA team, ensuring good cross-functional relationships.
* Provide support for personal matters and priorities.

Experience: EA/PA experience at executive level is essential

* Skilled in managing complex international travel and logistics.
* Flexibility to travel as and when required.
