In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing IT, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and compliance with Swiss regulatory requirements (FINMA). You will oversee: - Infrastructure & IT (networks, servers, cloud, centers) - Security & risk management - Business and core banking - IT governance, processes, standards, and budgets Main responsibilities: - Define the IT roadmap and ensure its implementation - Guarantee SLAs, availability, and continuity planning (DR/BCP) - Oversee the lifecycle and evolutions - Manage suppliers, partners, and internal committees, and reporting Required: - 10+ years of experience in IT management in a banking or financial environment - Solid expertise in infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and ITSM/ITIL - Excellent understanding of FINMA requirements / Swiss compliance - Proven leadership, clarity, service orientation - Proficiency in French and English; residence in Switzerland appreciated (ITIL, security, cloud) Please send your CV and cover letter to Experis, specifying the reference: REF.
