This position involves providing technical leadership and expertise in managing external IT support vendors. As a key member of the team, you will coordinate IT support requirements, oversee IT infrastructure services activities, and project delivery. You will be responsible for improving supplier service levels, coordinating service and project delivery with business IT Lead, simplifying and automating work.
