Specialized administrative assistant between 80 and 100%

Join our team in Val-de-Travers, managing child services! Enjoy a supportive work environment with social benefits.


Tasks

* Oversee staff absences and manage personnel replacements.
* Track working hours of service staff effectively.
* Assist in meal orders and general administrative tasks.


Skills

* CFC in commerce or equivalent, plus admin experience required.
* Proficient in standard IT tools and software like ETIC-AEF.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.


Activities

* Management of absences and staff replacements in the department
* Monitoring of working hours of the department staff
* Management of meal orders
* Support in monitoring subsidies for children with special needs (EBS)
* Management of children's registrations and the waiting list for the cantonal unit of out-of-family day care (JAEJ)
* General administrative support for the department as well as for the director
* Writing letters and minutes
* Telephone reception and front desk
* Various occasional administrative tasks


Requirements

* Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification
* Previous experience in administrative management
* Good knowledge of common computer tools
* Good knowledge of business software (ETIC-AEF, Abacus, tipeé)
* Good writing skills in French
* Sense of organization, responsibility, and priorities
* Ability to work in a team and independently
* Being a volunteer firefighter is an asset

Salary according to the regulations in use and social benefits of the municipality of Val-de-Travers

April 1, 2026, or by agreement
