What you will do:
* Maintain cleanroom management practices
* Provide expertise for assigned manufacturing processes and projects
* Support validation and qualification with accurate documentation
* Update and manage standard operating procedures and batch records
* Analyze data to improve processes and resolve issues
* Ensure inspection readiness and support audits
* Execute batches safely, on time, and in compliance
What we are looking for:
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Technology, Pharmacy, Biology, or equivalent (Master's preferred)
* Experience in aseptic drug product manufacturing
* Knowledge of GMP regulations for sterile drug products
* Experience with new production facility ramp-up
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Flexibility to adapt to changing demands
* Fluency in German and English
