Your Responsibilities
* In this position, you are responsible for the daily management of a purchasing portfolio.
* You are in charge of analyzing the portfolio, sorting offers, updating prices, and handling the related administrative tasks.
* You manage relationships with suppliers : sourcing, RFQs, price negotiations, contract management, long‑term agreements, business reviews, QDCF, etc.
* You are responsible for supplier performance and for drafting reports.
* You manage supplier‑related risks, handle resulting crises, and implement corrective actions.
* You coordinate supplier evaluations with the supplier quality management department and support audits.
* You implement cost‑reduction activities and ensure their follow‑up.
* You look for the best technical solutions to guarantee design‑to‑cost (DTC).
Your Profile
* You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, economics, management, project management, or purchasing.
* You have 1 to 2 years of experience as a buyer in the automotive, construction equipment, aviation, or railway sectors.
* You have good knowledge of French, German, and English.
* You are proficient with an ERP system, SharePoint (intranet), and MS Office.
* You are organized, flexible, have strong analytical skills, and an excellent ability to work in a team. You are open to developing your skills in the field and are results‑oriented.
* This position is subject to a background check, which is carried out through our partner Aequivalent.
