Responsibilities
* Lead and project manage repair introduction projects for PW1100G, Leap‑1A/-1B, PW4000 and CFM56 engines.
* Select and implement innovative technologies that future‑proof existing customer fleets.
* Interface with OEMs for technical repair data, facilitate repair introduction, perform make‑or‑buy analysis and manage interactions for source demonstrations and industrialization projects.
* Responsible for First Article Inspection and release to Operations.
* Prepare and present initial data package based on EASA Part 145 for repair decision.
* Provide support to Quality, Process Engineering and Tooling Engineering during process audit.
Profile
* Experience leading simple and complex projects and delivering on quality, in budget and on time.
* Proactive, positive and flexible character with a strong execution mentality and ability to energise a team.
* Experience in a manufacturing, operations or engineering environment, preferably in MRO and aerospace or similar manufacturing technologies.
* Experience in project management, lean and quality methodologies.
* Engineering degree (EQF Level 6 or Level 7) or equivalent experience in similar industries.
* Fluent in English (Level C1); German (Level B1) is an advantage.
