Position Overview
The incoming CFO will plan, develop and implement Bally’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment between the financial strategy and ongoing company development, reporting accurate financial results.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the business controlling, group reporting, statutory reporting and consolidation, tax, group pricing, and Open-to-Buy
Functionally manage and develop regional finance managers, developing a high performing team
Ensure corporate governance rules are properly defined and implemented across the relevant areas of responsibility, in line with Group guidelines
Approve and certify the annual accounts of all legal entities within the Bally Group
Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile
Develop and implement financial and tax strategies
Develop performance measures that support the company’s strategic direction and long-term growth
Implement finance operational best practices
Monitor financial reports
Manage the capital request and budgeting processes
Oversee the issuance of financial information
Oversee banking relationships
Arrange for equity and debt financing
Invest funds
Invest pension funds
Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
Ensure interactions and compliance with local and Group legal budgetary reporting requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Professional accounting qualification is highly desirable
Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in Finance, including significant experience in senior executive or CFO-level roles
Strong expertise in financial strategy, corporate finance, treasury, tax, consolidation, and statutory reporting
Track record in leading finance transformation initiatives and implementing operational best practices
Deep understanding of corporate governance, compliance frameworks, and international accounting standards
Proven experience overseeing budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, and performance management systems
Strong risk management capabilities, including financial, operational, and regulatory risk mitigation
Experience in the fashion or luxury sector is highly desirable, preferably within a global, multi-channel business environment
Skills & Competencies

Ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading and developing high performing finance functions across regions

Results-oriented mindset with the ability to balance strategic vision and operational execution
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required, and Italian is highly desirable
