Démarche is looking for a rotating chef de partie for its restaurant l'Union in Epalinges, on a permanent contract. Your main activities: The chef de partie contributes to managing and organizing kitchen activities to ensure the smooth operation of restaurant service and handles the culinary tasks delegated to them.
