At our packaging facility at the site in Monthey, we are currently looking for a production (m/f/d) ideally holding a CFC in production machinery. MAIN MISSIONSYou train, apply, and ensure the application of all existing EHS procedures and guidelines that allow tasks to be performed safely and in compliance. Within a team, you manage complex production processes by applying the procedures, detect and analyze any issues, and implement corrective actions decided during teamwork. You perform tasks such as handling containers, loading and unloading raw materials, or participate in support activities for production: sampling, labeling, cleaning, organizing, and analytical controls. You contribute to TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and continuous improvement work. You work in shifts of 5 or 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, in the sector.SEARCHYou hold a CFC in machinery or a recognized equivalent, have experience in the industry, are respectful of EHS guidelines and sensitive to safety issues, are rigorous and professional in the adherence to procedures, are flexible in teamwork, motivated, and master the tools.
