Description Job Description As a key resource of the Learning & Development team, the Learning & Development Specialist will manage end-to-end the apprentices and interns programmes at EFG, ensuring a best-in-class onboarding and development experience, and provide support and coordinate selected global learning initiatives. The resource will interact with all HR functional areas and expected to become a reference person within the organization on the assigned activities. Main responsibilities Learning & Development Program Delivery (Apprentices & Interns) Design, implement, and continuously improve apprentices and interns programmes, ensuring alignment with EFG’s standards and local requirements. Manage the end-to-end hiring process for apprentices in Switzerland and interns globally, partnering with line managers and HR Business Partners/local HR. Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and training sessions to build readiness and engagement for apprentices. Prepare reports and feedback surveys to measure programme effectiveness; analyse insights to assess impact and identify opportunities for improvement. Global Learning Initiatives Provide technical support for training-related topics, ensuring effective use of the company’s learning tools and systems. Coordinate selected global learning initiatives, supporting design, rollout, communications, and logistics in partnership with the L&D team. The Learning & Development Specialist will have a dual reporting line to the Head of Talent Development and the Head of Learning, and will work closely with the L&D and HR teams. The role collaborates with HRBPs, local HR, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and adherence to global frameworks.
