The role
We are looking for a hands‑on Finance Officer to join the Plan‑les‑Ouates team and work directly alongside the CFO of Substipharm Biologics. The role is a key support function in a growing, multi‑country environment, combining controlling, finance operations, and contract execution responsibilities.
The position covers two complementary scopes:
* Substipharm Biologics (approx. 70–80% of the time): support to the CFO across all financial and operational matters of the international Biologics activity.
* Swiss commercial entity (approx. 20–30% of the time): operational interface between the French headquarters and the local Swiss entity, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day coordination from October 2026 onwards.
You will report to the CFO Biologics, with a functional reporting line to the Group HR / Finance teams in France for the Swiss entity scope.
Key responsibilities
Finance & controlling — Biologics (international scope)
* Monitor product performance, margins, volumes and inventory dynamics across the Biologics portfolio.
* Support the CFO in day‑to‑day finance: cash monitoring, payment follow‑up, accounts payable / receivable tracking, customer payment collection.
* Perform multi‑country bank reconciliations (Switzerland, Thailand, Vietnam) and inter‑company flow tracking.
* Prepare month‑end and year‑end closings in coordination with local fiduciaries and accounting firms.
* Run ad hoc financial analyses, internal reviews and reporting materials supporting management decisions.
Contract execution & operational follow‑up
* Take ownership of the operational execution of complex commercial agreements: read and understand the contractual terms, translate them into recurring operational tasks (re‑invoicing, FX adjustments, performance tracking, contractual obligations).
* Act as a central coordination point between supply chain, finance and business development teams to ensure smooth contract delivery.
* Flag deviations, risks and opportunities to the CFO; suggest operational improvements.
International growth & multi‑entity coordination
* Contribute to the operational set‑up of new flows linked to international expansion (Europe, US).
* Manage inter‑company flows across the Group entities and ensure consistency of data, reporting and processes.
* Manage external service providers (fiduciaries, accounting firms, local consultants) across the different geographies, including senior, long‑tenured providers.
* Ensure efficient project cost control.
Swiss entity: local interface & operations
* Act as the privileged contact between Substipharm Group HQ in France and the new Swiss entity.
* Manage incoming mail and administrative documents (sorting, dispatching, follow‑up with the local fiduciary, follow‑up with the local distributor).
* Handle order processing and manual invoicing in the early phase before a system is rolled out.
* Ensure consistent execution of local processes and proper coordination with the Swiss fiduciary, suppliers and partners.
* Support the gradual structuring of the Swiss organization as activity ramps up.
What we offer
* A high‑impact, transversal position with direct exposure to the CFO and Group leadership.
* A real opportunity to shape and structure a growing international finance function.
* A pragmatic, agile environment where ownership and initiative are expected and rewarded.
* Exposure to multiple geographies (Switzerland, France, Thailand, Vietnam) and to a wide range of finance, operational and contractual topics.
Practical information
* Location: Plan‑les‑Ouates, Geneva area (Switzerland).
* Cross‑border commute (“frontalier”): candidates based in or willing to relocate to the French border area (Annemasse, Saint‑Julien‑en‑Genevois, Annecy, etc.) are very welcome.
* On‑site presence: 4 days per week on the Plan‑les‑Ouates site.
* Target start date: early July or September 2026.
Qualifications
* Master’s degree in Finance, Business or equivalent.
* 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in financial controlling, business controlling, finance operations or a similar transversal finance role.
* Strong analytical skills and Excel mastery; comfortable reading complex commercial contracts and translating them into operational execution.
* Genuinely hands‑on mindset: as comfortable running an analysis as handling reconciliations, checking supplier invoices, dispatching mail or following up on day‑to‑day operational topics.
* Capable of holding their ground when interacting with experienced external providers and senior local partners.
* Multi‑entity / inter‑company experience appreciated.
* Business curiosity: you understand that good finance work cannot be disconnected from understanding the business.
* Fluent in French and English (English is the working language across the Biologics scope).
* Autonomous, structured, entrepreneurial and at ease in a fast‑paced, lean and unstructured environment.
