Store Manager
Future Opening – Basel, Switzerland
As part of a future opening in Basel, we are looking for a Store Manager who can lead this new project with vision, strong leadership, and operational excellence.
As a true local entrepreneur and brand ambassador, you will be responsible for launching, developing, and ensuring the sustainable performance of the store. You will build the team, establish the store culture, and lay the foundations for success from day one.
This opening represents an important step in our development in Switzerland, and your role will be key to its success.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
* Build, lead, and develop a high-performing and engaged team
* Foster a culture based on collaboration, inclusion, and excellence
* Set clear objectives and monitor individual and team performance
* Identify and develop internal talent
Commercial Performance
* Drive key KPIs (sales, conversion rate, average basket, productivity, etc.)
* Implement action plans adapted to the Basel market
* Analyze performance and adjust commercial strategies accordingly
* Ensure optimal stock management and product flow
Customer Experience & Brand Image
* Position the store as a reference in the Basel area
* Guarantee a premium customer experience aligned with the brand identity
* Oversee and optimize Visual Merchandising, ensuring attractive product presentation and full alignment with corporate standards
* Ensure excellence in product displays, window installations, and in-store layout
Operational Excellence
* Supervise all store operations in compliance with Swiss regulations
* Manage budget and cost control effectively
* Anticipate and resolve challenges related to a new store opening
Profile
* Minimum 3–5 years of retail management experience
* Strong commercial mindset with solid understanding ofVisual Merchandising
* Inspiring leadership and ability to build a project from scratch
* Results-driven with strong analytical and organizational skills
* German is mandatory (fluent level required)
* Professional level of English is required
