To expand our Business Transformation department at Suurstoffi in Rotkreuz, we are looking for a dynamic and resilient individual as:
Arval Switzerland - Business Engineer (90 - 100%, all genders) Your tasks:
Develop and implement business engineering strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Identify and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
Analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies, as well as RPAs.
Manage platform change processes to maintain, develop, and improve platforms, including managing change requests, configuration, and testing in line with business strategies, processes, and priorities.
Enhance communication and coordination between business units to streamline decision-making and ensure standardized processes.
Define and track KPIs, report on performance, and highlight areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the Finance Department to align operational initiatives with financial planning.
Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
Support teams in adopting new tools, technologies, and processes.
Conduct training programs in process optimization and business engineering.
Your profile:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent is a plus.
At least 5 years of experience in business engineering, process improvement, or operational roles.
Experience managing cross-functional projects and working closely with Finance departments.
Experience in the leasing or banking sector is an advantage.
Fluent in German and English; French is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent project management skills and a structured working style.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
