Who We Are Looking For
In a fast-growing environment, we are looking for a Product Owner who will play a central role in the growth of the project and work on the ongoing development and implementation of Karma Metrix products and services, jointly with the Marketing & Sales team.
The position should have a cross-functional background (technical, project management and business). In addition, the product owner will interface with customers during the product delivery phase.
Responsibilities
* Engage and collaborate with customers, partners and stakeholders
* Create and maintain the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timing and priorities
* Define and prioritise product features and improvements based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals
* Work closely with marketing, sales and operation teams to define new proposals and enhancements
* Stay informed and evaluate emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities
The figure may eventually manage, when necessary, the delivery of products and services to support the Digital Sustainability Advisor through:
* Uses the proprietary algorithm that analyzes web pages to measure their energy performance
* Processes the outputs to prepare documents attesting to the analysis performed, with its results
* Through the analysis of the code of the web pages, supported by the survey tools, gathers insights useful for the efficiency of the web pages
Requirements and Skills
* At least 3 years of experience in digital product development (SaaS)
* Understanding of product issues, throughout its supply chain
* Ability to interface both with developers and data analysts and with customers and partners
* Analytical mindset and great precision
* Excellent work organization skills
* Excellent knowledge of English
Nice to have
* Knowledge of main web programming languages
* Experience in green tech, clean energy, or sustainable products
* Knowledge of software development principles or prior technical experience
