Conduct investigation cases and develop strategies for corrective actions, root cause analysis, and remediation.
Develop effective training programs to enhance employee awareness and understanding of ethical standards and legal obligations.
Assist in monitoring and improving the effectiveness of compliance programs.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of relevant regulations and ensure all compliance materials reflect current requirements.
Provide guidance on ethical dilemmas and compliance requirements to leadership.
Manage and resolve compliance issues and provide pragmatic advice on compliance requirements and ethical issues.
Drive understanding of our company strategy and operations for efficient E&C support.
