We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing, Branding & Presentation Design Specialist to join an independent Swiss investment and wealth management firm based in the Zurich/Zug area.
This is a flexible part-time position with a workload of 40–80% and a hybrid working model. The role would suit someone already based in Zurich, Zug or the surrounding area who has strong design, communication and presentation skills and enjoys turning complex business or financial content into clear, professional and visually attractive materials.
Key responsibilities:
• Create professional PowerPoint presentations from raw content, notes and draft materials
• Design investor, client and management presentations
• Support branding, communication and marketing initiatives
• Help maintain website content and digital materials
• Create marketing, business development and communication materials
• Support social media and digital content activities
• Develop presentation templates, graphics and visual assets
• Use AI tools to improve content creation and design workflows
• Coordinate with external designers, photographers and service providers when needed
The ideal candidate should have:
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation design skills
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar tools
• A good understanding of branding, marketing and visual communication
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
• The ability to understand complex business topics and present them clearly
• Strong attention to detail and a creative approach to work
• An independent, proactive and highly organised working style
• An interest in business, entrepreneurship or financial markets
