We are looking for an Utilities & HVAC Engineering Project Manager to lead several technical projects, mainly in the field of utilities and industrial infrastructure (renovation or construction of technical buildings).
Your Responsibilities
* Lead the engineering, design, and implementation of utilities and HVAC projects, including both clean and black utilities.
* Manage the full lifecycle of utilities projects, from feasibility studies and basic design through detailed engineering, installation, commissioning, and handover.
* Coordinate internal stakeholders including engineering, maintenance, production, EHS, and quality teams, as well as external engineering firms and contractors.
* Ensure full project management oversight including budget control, schedule management, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and communication.
* Supervise the preparation and review of technical documentation such as URS, technical specifications, P&IDs, layout drawings, and engineering deliverables.
* Ensure compliance with GMP requirements, regulatory standards, safety regulations, and sustainability objectives throughout the project lifecycle.
* Oversee the installation, integration, and commissioning of utilities systems, including HVAC, water systems, compressed air, steam, and other critical infrastructure.
* Act as the main point of contact for senior management, project stakeholders, engineering partners, and service providers.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of engineering project management best practices aligned with PMO standards.
Profile Sought
* Engineering degree (Mechanical, Process, Industrial, Energy, or equivalent Master's level).
* Minimum 5 years of experience managing industrial engineering projects in pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
* Strong experience with industrial utilities systems, including HVAC and clean utilities.
* Solid understanding of GMP facility design and utilities infrastructure, including systems such as: HVAC and cleanroom systems, Water systems (PW, WFI), Heating, cooling, and energy utilities
* Experience working with engineering contractors and EPC/EPCM project delivery models is a strong advantage.
* Proficiency with project planning tools such as MS Project and structured project management methodologies.
* Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex technical interfaces.
* Fluency in french and profesisonal working proficiency in english is mandatory
