About the Role
The Trade Marketing Lead is responsible for driving Dickies’ Go-to-Market strategy across Europe, ensuring strong execution across wholesale, retail and partner networks. The role focuses on translating brand and commercial priorities into impactful market activations that support both sell‑in and sell‑out performance.
Working closely with sales, agents and key accounts, the Trade Marketing Lead plays a key role in strengthening Dickies’ market presence, supporting seasonal launches and ensuring consistency across all partner touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
* Go-to-Market strategy: Lead the execution of seasonal Go-to-Market plans across Europe, ensuring alignment between marketing, sales and commercial priorities.
* Key account support: Work closely with agents and key wholesale partners to support product launches, activations and commercial initiatives.
* Retail activations: Develop and execute retail and in‑store activations that strengthen brand visibility and enhance consumer experience across key markets.
* Partner operations: Act as the main marketing contact for agents and partners, ensuring smooth daily coordination and strong execution across all initiatives.
* Marketing tools & assets: Coordinate the development and distribution of trade marketing tools, POS materials and partner‑specific assets.
* Cross‑functional collaboration: Work closely with Brand teams to ensure consistency between campaigns, activations and digital initiatives.
* Performance tracking: Monitor and analyze the impact of trade marketing activities on sell‑in, sell‑out and partner performance.
