Senior account partner - consumer products

The Role


As a Senior Account Executive, you manage your patch, know customers and prospects, and promote Veeva solutions to help Consumer Goods and chemicals industries support their digital transformation in Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketing, and R&D.You will be in charge of the full sales cycle from identification to closing the deal and will be responsible for customer satisfaction throughout the process. As the Sales representative on your market, you will work closely with marketing, strategy, and solution consultants to define key actions to close new opportunities at net new customers and expand our customer base.To support you on a daily basis, Product Experts, Solutions Consultants, and Industry Market Owners will be part of your Selling team.

What You'll Do

1. Generate new opportunities for existing or new customers
2. Work closely with your Account team (Strategy, Marketing, Solution Consultant) to define an Account plan
3. Close new business on your patch
4. Manage complex Sales Cycles from end to end
5. Keep the report up to date in the CRM, with accuracy and predictability

Requirements

6. 7+ years of professional experience in SaaS, managing complex sales cycles with a proven track record
7. Entrepreneurship and a tenacious mindset
8. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
9. Strong strategic sales abilities to navigate accounts and opportunities
10. Ability to manage time and priorities
11. Team player, able to handle accountability and direction
12. Willingness to travel as needed
13. BA or BS Degree
14. Fluent English and French is desired

Nice to Have

15. Sales experience in Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage and Chemicals is desirable but not required
