Your responsibilities
* Programming corrections, optimizations, and enhancements to our customers' existing systems
* Assisting the helpdesk team in troubleshooting operational issues with our customers' systems
* Coordination and communication within the team, with suppliers, third-party companies, and customers
* Short-term and planned assignments at customer sites
* Supporting and advising our customers in the event of malfunctions, optimizations, enhancements, and upgrades
Your profile
* Professional experience in the maintenance of electrical and automation systems in an industrial environment
* Programming experience with Siemens Step7 and TIA, Beckhoff
* Quick comprehension, networked and analytical thinking, and an understanding of technical contexts
* Open, agile, and reliable, flexible and resilient
* Motivated, independent, customer- and team-oriented approach
* Category B driver's license
* Written and spoken German
