We are recruiting for one of our clients operating in the health sector: Assistant Restaurant at 100% Job description: 60% of your time will be to assist and support the Restaurant in its tasks: Ensure the operation and development of sales points on the site of Fribourg. Substitute for the Restaurant during vacations and in their absence. Contribute to the continuous service of restaurants and the Restaurant during special events in the restaurants (themed weeks). Manage teams on the ground (internal and temporary staff), impart knowledge and energize the team. Actively work on the ground (20% Restaurants, 20% train and develop the (new) staff and apprentices. Regularly organize (internal or external) training and develop good service quality towards all customers. Ensure customer satisfaction and respond to their requests. Establish schedules (kiosk, public cafeteria, and staff restaurant). Be present in the sales points during lunchtime. Improve, keep up to date, and enforce the files and procedures of the sector. Guarantee cash movements and revenues from various points of sale in the sector by following the financial guidelines of the establishment. Ensure compliance with HACCP standards, safety and ergonomics regulations, internal process directives, as well as manage stocks and assist in the supply of food and necessary items, in accordance with the procurement service while respecting current rules and the company's budget. Maintain good relationships with kitchen chefs and other logistics sectors. Provide assistance in another sector if necessary. 40% of your time will be to assist and support the Restaurant in its managerial activities: Support and replace the Restaurant manager, control and monitor routes or other documents related to team tasks and functions based on the budget (PEP), identify position/task needs, train, manage, and mentor staff and apprentices, conduct evaluations, cultivate a team spirit so that everyone feels united and co-responsible for the good functioning of the team. Perform various tasks delegated by the Restaurant: projects or assistance with projects, development of services and sales points, etc.: You hold a diploma from a vocational training program or an equivalent title. You have a complementary degree in food hygiene. You have an education in management, knowledge in dietetics and nutrition, and are sensitive to hospital hygiene requirements. You must adhere to internal protocols and traceability. You possess a sense of responsibility, service, and confidentiality. You must show rigor and exemplary behavior. You have good stress management skills. You are capable of working with healthcare personnel. Additional information: Start date: as soon as possible. Activity rate: 100%.
