About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, documented, and successfully delivered.
What you'll do
* Conduct project pre-analysis and break down initiatives into functional streams
* Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
* Draft clear and structured business specifications
* Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams
* Coordinate execution activities with development teams to ensure alignment
* Prepare and maintain comprehensive test cases
* Actively participate in release cycles and collaborate with test management teams during project or feature test campaigns
* Provide regular project reporting, including progress tracking and risk identification
What you'll need
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Initiative, team-oriented and communicative personality
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
* Proficiency in English: additional languages are an advantage
