Main tasks:
* Translate the global operations strategy into clear, actionable initiatives and ensure effective execution aligned with overall service objectives.
* Lead, review, and continuously develop the service applications roadmap with a strong focus on automation, modernization, and strategic alignment.
* Steer and monitor strategic initiatives to ensure tangible contribution to operational and business goals.
* Oversee ERP-related end-to-end processes across Order-to-Cash, Contract-to-Cash, service agreement management, Procure-to-Pay, inventory, service remanufacturing, electronic invoicing, and user access management.
* Manage and coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Commercial functions, Operations teams, and application support units.
* Ensure business continuity by proactively managing the impact of system upgrades and functional enhancements, safeguarding stable operations.
* Drive improvements in customer satisfaction, quality, efficiency, and productivity through customer-centric process and application optimization.
* Establish transparency through KPIs and operational dashboards, proactively identifying risks and initiating corrective actions.
* Align initiatives and projects with key business metrics to ensure measurable and sustainable impact.
* Contribute as a member of the Operations Management team, ensuring close alignment and effective collaboration with peer leaders.
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team through clear structures, role clarity, and continuous learning and development.
* Foster a strong team culture centered on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Oversee resource planning, budget management, and structured project execution using standardized governance frameworks.
* Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams and organizational levels.
* Empower team members to take ownership, adapt to change, and actively drive improvement initiatives.
* Co-lead a global change advisory process, ensuring effective governance, prioritization, and operational alignment of system changes.
* Ensure optimal utilization of IT and system resources to manage change demand and backlog efficiently.
Your qualifications:
* Strong experience in ERP management and optimization within S/4HANA Cloud and Microsoft Dynamics environments.
* Solid background in service operations, system integration, end-to-end process ownership, and process improvement.
* Ability to work independently while thriving in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
* Proven people leadership and change management capabilities with a focus on inclusive and adaptable team cultures.
* Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders across regions and cultures.
* Experience delivering and coordinating global initiatives across multiple geographies.
* Fluency in English an German at a professional level.
* Willingness to travel internationally as required.
