Role: Business Analyst with CRM
Location: Geneva, Switzerland, (Hybrid)

Experience required
* Minimum of 7 years' experience as a Business Analyst in the design and development of web applications.
* Excellent knowledge of various analysis methodologies.
* Strong expertise in designing and facilitating workshop series, capturing requirements, and identifying user personas.
* Affinity for user experience, web responsiveness, and, optionally, mobile development.
* Higher education in Computer Science (University, HES, Federal Diploma, EPF) or equivalent qualifications.
* Proven expertise in CRM and front office activities.
* Solid understanding of onboarding processes, KYC, and compliance requirements.
* Knowledge of wealth management practices.
* Dynamic and proactive in completing assigned tasks, demonstrating responsiveness and adaptability to change.
* Ability to work closely with team members to achieve common goals.
* Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with a knack for problem-solving.
* Autonomy and ability to independently analyze data from various systems.
* Excellent organizational skills, resilience under stress, and ability to manage priorities effectively.
* Proficient in SQL query languages and tools for accessing databases.
* Knowledge and experience with Agile methodology (Scrum).
* Familiarity with APIs, including the use of JSON, XML, Postman, and Swagger.
