Job Description
* Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
* Support workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational design.
* Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
* Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions.
* Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-informed decisions.
* Lead or support change management and organizational development initiatives.
* Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the business.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role.
* Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and organizational development.
* Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
* Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus.
